How To Cook Raspberry Cake With Poppy Seeds And Lemon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 and a half cup of sugar
  • juice and peel of one lemon
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 200 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil, lemon juice and zest. Add the yogurt and a pinch of salt. In a bowl, sift the flour, put the baking powder, vanilla and poppy seeds.

Combine the liquid with the dry ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Pour half of the mixture into a greased and floured cake tin, spread the raspberries and cover with the rest.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until done. Cool the cake, cut and serve. If desired, make raspberry sauce and garnish the cake with it.
