Necessary products
For the chocolate crumble:
45 grams of flour
45 grams of sugar
5 grams of cocoa
40 grams of butter
For the cream layer:
140 grams of liquid whipping cream
100 grams of mascarpone
For the raspberry layer:
200 grams of raspberry jam
40 grams of chocolate for decoration
Method of preparation :
Sift the flour and cocoa, add the cold butter, cut into pieces and cut with a knife to crumbs or use a blender. Spread on a sheet of parchment and put in the freezer for half an hour. Then bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
Whip the cream until you get a soft cream, which you mix with the mascarpone. Beat both products with a mixer or egg whisk. If you use a mixer, it takes 30 seconds on low speed to obtain a homogeneous combination with which to fill a pastry syringe.
In suitable bowls, distribute the chocolate crumble, on it - a layer of cream, finish with raspberry jam (maybe fresh raspberries, depending on the season).
Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate.
