Grind the raspberries and sugar using a blender. Distribute the resulting mixture in ice cream bowls and put in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes until a soft sorbet. Then transfer the contents to a form and return to the freezer for another 3-4 hours. Before serving, pour melted white chocolate in a water bath.
