Required products :

4 kilograms of raspberries

4 liters of water

1.2 kilograms of sugar

Method of preparation :

Clean the raspberries of dirt, but do not wash them. Crush them and place in a glass bottle or other suitable similar container with a capacity of 10 liters. Pour the water (filtered or spring) into the pot and let it boil. When this happens, pour the sugar into it and boil the syrup. After cooling to room temperature, pour it over the raspberries. Close the bottle with a stopper with a seal. If you do not comply with this condition, you will receive vinegar instead of wine. The fermentation process takes about 3-5 days, then remove the precipitate and leave the drink in a warm place for another 2-3 days. You should store the wine container in a cool place and when the sediment falls, pour the fresh wine into bottles. Store in a cool place (maybe in the refrigerator). It is best consumed in the year in which it is made.
