Required products :

  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 large tomatoes
  • 70 grams of tomato puree
  • 60 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Provencal spices
  • 1 eggplant
  • 3-4 zucchini
  • 1 sweet green pepper
  • 300 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bacon into large pieces, the onion into small cubes. Mix the two products in a pan and fry them over medium heat until the bacon is crispy.

Then add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil, chopped garlic, spices and stir. Spread half of the combination on the bottom of the pan.

Cut the eggplant into cubes, the zucchini into circles and the peppers into small strips. Pour half of these vegetables in the form on the tomato mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated yellow cheese.

Then put the remaining stuffing, vegetables and cheese (grated). Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
