Arrange the zucchini, cut into thin circles, in a row in a pan. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic and 3 tablespoons of Parmesan, hot pepper. Mix them with your hands to taste good and evenly, then distribute them again so that they do not overlap.
Bake them for 20 minutes, at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
Meanwhile, boil the ravioli - put them in boiling salted water and stir them with a wooden spoon to prevent them from sticking.
Boil them for 3 minutes until soft. Strain them through a colander and place them in a large bowl. Carefully mix the ravioli with the zucchini, add half the parsley and the remaining Parmesan. Serve immediately, sprinkling with parsley and more parmesan if desired.
