Required products :

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon melted cocoa butter
  • 1/2 cup cashew tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoons grated coconut (coconut shavings)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 24 raw almonds

Method of preparation :

Put the melted butter in a bowl, add cashew tahini, maple syrup, salt, vanilla and matcha. Stir until a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the coconut shavings.

Make 12 cookies, which you lightly press down in the middle to form a nest.

Put in the freezer and let them harden.

During this time, melt the chocolate and dip the almonds in it - one by one, using a fork, so the excess chocolate will drain from the nuts.

Arrange them on baking paper, then store in the freezer to harden the chocolate.

Put some of the melted chocolate in the cooled baskets and put 2 almonds on top. Chocolate will be the solder between the biscuits and the nut.
