  • 2 teaspoons mint extract
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate for cooking - 70% cocoa, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • hard mints, crushed

Method of preparation :

Cover the bottom of the tray with parchment paper. Mix the condensed milk, powdered sugar and mint extract with a wooden spoon in a large bowl. The mixture should become very thick. Transfer it to a kitchen surface sprinkled with powdered sugar. Knead a smooth ball, adding as much powdered sugar as needed until a very firm dough is obtained, which you can roll out and cut into circles using molds. Arrange the tins in a tray covered with baking paper at a distance of 1 cm from each other. Knead the remaining dough and cut into round shapes. Repeat until the dough is done. Cool the tins for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a smooth and homogeneous consistency in a microwave or water bath.
Remove the cooled biscuits and with the help of a fork dip each circle in the melted chocolate mixture, drain and place on parchment paper. Garnish with crushed mints. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then serve.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Enjoy!
