Required products :

  • 1/2 cup natural cocoa powder (if you don't want to use cocoa, you can double the amount of carob)
  • 1/2 cup locust bean flour
  • 1/4 tea cup maple syrup or honey (liquefied)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tea cup pumpkin seeds (pre-soaked)
  • 1/2 cup pitted date tea
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup goji berry

Method of preparation :

Put all the products in a blender and grind. Optionally, you can save a few whole pumpkin seeds and goji berries to scatter later in the mixture. Grind well in a food processor to obtain a uniform consistency that is sticky and dense.

Pour into a tray lined with paper and press with your palms to evenly align. Refrigerate for a few hours, and best leave the mixture to stand overnight to set well.

Serve the bars chilled and cut them into squares of the desired size. Wrap in individual pieces of baking parchment and store them for up to a week in a tightly closed box.
