Required products :

for swamps:

  • 1 1/2 tea cups oatmeal
  • 3 pitted tea cups (60 pieces)
  • 1 cup frozen berries of your choice

for cream:

  • 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 teaspoons cashews
  • 20 Mejul dates (large, juicy dates)
  • 1 teaspoon filtered water

Method of preparation :

Put the dates and oats in the bowl of the food processor with the S-knife. Turn on the appliance and blend until very fine. The mixture should be sticky and stick well between rubbing between your fingers.

Line a tray with a falling bottom with a diameter of 20 cm with kitchen paper. Pour the marshmallow products and press well with your hands to get a thin thick marshmallow. Sprinkle the frozen fruit on top and set aside while you prepare the cream.

Pre-soak the cashews in water and leave overnight. Drain and rinse well with clean water.

If the dates are very dry, fill them with 1 cup of clean water and use it in blending.

Pour water, melted butter, nuts and dates into the food processor jug. Blend until smooth (if necessary, add the water in which you soaked the dates).

Using a silicone spatula, pour the products on the marsh and level. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the base is crispy and firm.

Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.

Decorate as desired.
