Chocolate pie with a silky smooth texture. Raw and gluten free. To make a vegan pie, use vegan chocolate chips. With this fantastic recipe, everyone can be pampered with a piece of sweet treat.

Necessary products

for the base:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

for the filling:

  • 350 grams of tofu, solid
  • 1 and 1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted (or vegan chocolate chips)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons nut milk (or fresh milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • pinch of sea salt

for decoration:

  • whipped cream
  • grated dark chocolate

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

the basis:

Cover the bottom of a 21 cm diameter tray with parchment paper. Blend the dates, almonds, walnuts, cocoa, sea salt and 1 tablespoon of water until fine crumbs are obtained. Pour the mixture into the pan and press on the bottom and sides. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

the filling:

Blend tofu, melted chocolate chips, nut milk, vanilla extract, cocoa and sea salt until smooth. Pour over the cooled base and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

the decoration:

Remove from the refrigerator, cut into pieces and serve, garnished with whipped cream and grated dark chocolate if desired.
