Put the dried fruits in a saucepan, pour them with lemon juice, 1/3 tea cup of honey and 1/3 tea cup of coconut oil and place the dish on the stove, simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a blender, add the grated coconut, almond flour and 1/4 tea cup of cocoa. Grind until smooth.
Grease a small pan with oil and cover with paper.
Spread the mixture and press on the bottom, put in the freezer under foil for 2 hours.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey, the remaining coconut oil and 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa to the vanilla paste. Heat on low heat to combine the products.
Cut the frozen cake, then dip the top of the pieces in the chocolate ganache and garnish each with fresh cherries.
Wait 15 minutes for the chocolate to harden and sprinkle with a little cocoa.
