Required products :
- 30 dried figs
- 2 teaspoons grated coconut (coconut shavings)
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of Himalayan salt (or sea)
Method of preparation :
Grind the figs together with 1 1/2 teaspoons of coconut, butter and spices. A crumbly wet consistency should be obtained.
Form balls with the desired size of the mixture and roll them in the remaining coconut shavings.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
