How To Cook Raw Cranberry Dip, Hot Pepper And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 340 grams of fresh cranberries
  • 1 hot jalapeno pepper, cleaned of seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • pinch of salt
  • 500 grams of cream cheese

Method of preparation :

Cut the pepper into large pieces, put it together with the blueberries in a food processor. Add the spices and lemon. Grind until very small pieces are obtained. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Spread the cream cheese in a pan and pour the hot fruit mixture on top.

Flatten and store under foil or lid again for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Serve with crackers.
