Method of preparation :
Soak the dried tomatoes for 20 minutes in hot water, save their water.
Blend them with celery, lemon salt, smoked pepper and salt. Use from the set aside water from the tomatoes to get the required density, you will need about 1 teaspoon of the liquid.
Add the remaining products to the soup and mix well by hand. Finally, garnish with a few slices of avocado.
Serve the soup after cooling for a few hours.
