Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons raw porridge
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 270 milliliters of coconut cream
  • 1/2 mango (about 1 cup), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • whipped coconut cream, mango, blackberries to serve

Method of preparation :

Soak the cashews in cold water for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

Grease silicone muffin tins.

Grind the pistachios with coconut in the robot, then add the dates and grind well. Distribute the resulting mixture between the 12 forms and press on their bottom. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Blend the cashews, coconut cream, mango, coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon juice and turmeric until smooth.

Distribute it evenly in the muffins and return to the freezer until firm for about 3-4 hours.

Remove from the freezer and wait 5 minutes for them to relax before removing them from the tins.

Serve with coconut cream, mango and blackberries.
