Required products :
- 2/3 teaspoon oil
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- 1 1/4 tablespoon salt
Method of preparation :
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes in bulk.
- Transfer them to a saucepan of water and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the water and return them to the pan.
- Sprinkle with semolina and salt, close the lid and shake vigorously to taste evenly.
- Pour the oil into a pan and heat it in the oven at high temperature.
- Before pouring the potatoes, check the oil - when you add a crumb of bread, it should start to fry.
- Carefully transfer them to the pan and stir quickly to cover with the hot fat.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 220 degrees and bake the potatoes for about 50-60 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately, because if they cool, they will not be so crunchy.
