Required products :

  • 1 kg of green, unripe bananas

Method of preparation :

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices.
  • Divide them into two trays covered with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven to low heat and place the pans at the bottom.
  • Dry the bananas for 2-3 hours or let them dry in the sun.
  • Transfer them to a blender and grind at high speed to flour.
  • If you feel that the flour is not dry enough, but sticks, spread it on baking paper and let it dry completely.
  • Grind again, sift the banana flour and store it in a clean and dry glass jar with an airtight seal.
  • Use in recipes for homemade bread, pastries or other gluten-free culinary temptations.

Note!

Approximately 1 kg of banana flour is obtained from 3 kilograms of bananas .
