Necessary products

  • 1.5 kg of red potatoes
  • 1 kg of sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 tea cup cream
  • 1/3 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove

 

Method of preparation

Put a large pot of salted water on the stove until it boils. Put the red and sweet potatoes inside and cook for about 15 minutes to soften. Drain, allow to cool and cut into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil, garlic and onion. Add the chopped potatoes and mix everything well.

In a separate bowl, place the mayonnaise, cream, black pepper and parsley. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Leave the finished salad for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy your meal!
