Required products :

300 grams red beans
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons hot ketchup
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 carrot
1 red sweet pepper
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch dill
1-2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon spoon of ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Wash the beans, pour cold water over them, let them stand for 2-3 hours, then cook until done.
Drain the liquid and add the oil to the beans. Stew on low heat for 5-10 minutes. If the beans start to stick to the bottom of the dish, pour 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Finely chop the garlic and onion. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small squares.
Put ketchup, garlic, salt in a saucepan with beans and stir. Once the mixture boils, add the onion, pepper, stir again and leave on the stove for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the carrot, add it to the other products, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes (you can pour 1-2 tablespoons of water), then add the cream. A minute or two after the mixture boils, sprinkle with chopped parsley, dill and turn off the heat.
Close with a lid and 10 minutes later you can serve the dish.

Enjoy your meal!
