How To Cook Red Beans With Minced Meat And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of red beans, boiled
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 50 grams of tomato puree
  • salt, black and red pepper to taste
  • 1 leaf of fresh mint
  • fresh parsley
  • 400 grams of minced meat, a mixture of beef and pork
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • oil or olive oil for frying
  • 50 milliliters of red wine

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel, wash and dry the onions. Cut it into small pieces, heat the fat in a pan and fry it. Add the minced meat and season with salt, black and red pepper.

Add the tomato puree, carrots, finely chopped mint and parsley, red pepper and pour the wine.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of warm water, stir and cook the dish over low heat until the liquid is reduced and the vegetables are cooked. Arrange the dish, garnish with fresh spices and serve.
