Required products :

  • 1 orange - finely grated peel and squeezed juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 400 grams of red grapes
  • 75 grams of ground almonds
  • 15 grams of melted butter
  • 90 grams of brown sugar
  • biscuit dough cons
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 broken egg
  • cream fry, cream or vanilla ice cream to serve

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, if you use a fan, then the temperature should be 160 degrees.

Put the orange peel and spices in a bowl with the grapes. Add orange juice, almonds, butter, sugar and mix well.

Roll out the biscuit dough and place in a rectangular greased pan so that its edges protrude.

Pour the fruit filling on top and roll the edges of the dough towards the middle.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until ready.

Serve the tart slightly warm, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
