Required products :

  • 150 grams of red lentils
  • 500 grams of eggplant
  • 6 sprigs of dill
  • 1 tablespoon spices of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt to taste
  • frying oil


Method of preparation :

Soak the lentils in water in the evening before preparing the meatballs. The grains will double in volume.

Wrap the aubergines in foil and bake in the oven until soft. Peel them and mix with the lentils.

Add the flour, chopped dill and salt. Stir.

Scoop out the mixture with a spoon (soup) and fry the meatballs in hot oil. They should be covered with a golden crust on both sides.
