Required products :
4 teaspoons red lentils
1-2 teaspoons curry powder
400 grams of frozen spinach
1 liter of water or vegetable broth
30 milliliters of oil
salt
Method of preparation :
Heat the oil and pour the lentils into it. Fry it for a while, then pour the broth or water. When the liquid boils, put the curry, close the container with a lid and let the beans simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes.
When the lentils soften, add the spinach. If the porridge is too thick, pour a little water. Add salt to taste and stir.
Cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
