Necessary products

For swamps:

For cream:

  • 300 grams of cottage cheese
  • 120 grams of butter
  • incomplete tea cup of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the eggs with the sugar, pour in the buttermilk, oil and then gradually add the flour mixed with the salt, baking powder and cocoa. Finally, color with the tool of your choice and beat once more.

The dough will turn out viscous, this should not bother you. Let it stand for 30 minutes.

Grease the bottom and walls of the detachable form with oil, cover with parchment and then distribute the dough evenly in the bowl.

Bake the marshmallows for 35-45 minutes in the oven at a temperature of about 180-200 degrees. Observe during this time, you can check the readiness with a toothpick.
