Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tea cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and salt
  • 1 1/2 tea buttermilk
  • 2 eggs - large size
  • 1/2 teaspoon crystal sugar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid confectionery paint - red

For cream - optional:

  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon soft butter
  • 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (extract or powder)

Method of preparation is:

Beat the buttermilk, eggs and sugar into crystals and confectionery paint. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda) and mix with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

From bake 4 thick pancakes in a pancake pan with a diameter of 25 cm, baking them for about 3-4 minutes on the side, until done.

The finished pancakes, if desired, can be assembled like a cake, smearing with cream, and for unprepared preparation, you need to beat all the products to a fluffy cream with an electric mixer.

You can sprinkle the pancake cake with powdered sugar and decorate with nuts, chocolate, fruit, icing, or serve the pancakes with another filling (jam, chocolate) without adding cream.
