How To Cook Rice Balls Stuffed With Chicken, Carrots And Boiled Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of sticky rice
  • 200 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • half a head of onion
  • soy sauce, paprika, black pepper to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoons of oil
  • 5-10 grams of black sesame seeds

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a pan, heat butter and fry onions, chopped carrots and chicken. Stir and season with soy sauce, black and red pepper. Stew the mixture for 20 minutes and cool.

Boil the rice and divide it into five equal parts. Spread each piece on a piece of cling film, press with your palm so that it is evenly distributed and garnish with the meat stuffing and a boiled egg.

 

Prepare the remaining balls in the same way and wrap the foil tightly. Cool for an hour, serve on a plate, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
