Required products :

  • 125 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 50 grams of candied ginger, finely chopped
  • 50 grams of sugar crystals
  • 150 grams of white flour
  • 25 grams of ground rice
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder

Method of preparation :

Mix all products except candied ginger. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and mix with the chopped ginger pieces.

Roll out into a rectangular sheet 1 cm thick and cut a few rectangles lengthwise. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator, then cut into smaller rectangular cookies.

Bake in a preheated 150 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Wait 5 minutes after removing from the oven before transferring the cookies to a plate. Cool completely before eating.
