Learn how to cook "Rice bites with cheese, dried tomatoes and basil". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 teaspoon rice
20 small round pieces of mozzarella
50 grams of parmesan
1-1.5 liters of broth of your choice
2 tablespoons dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 egg
150 grams of breadcrumbs
100-200 milliliters of frying oil
Method of preparation :
Heat oil in a pan, fry the rice in it for about a minute (until transparent). Then gradually pour the hot broth (or water) in portions.
When the beans absorb the first dose of liquid, then pour the next. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
Add the spices in the middle of cooking the rice.
Once the finished rice has cooled a bit, put the grated Parmesan cheese, flatten in a bowl and allow the mixture to cool completely.
When this happens, take some of it, put a piece of mozzarella in the middle, close with rice, forming a ball. Continue in this way until the products are exhausted.
Dip the bites in the beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Remove on paper, it will absorb excess liquid.
Serve the appetizer immediately.
