Put the rice in a saucepan and pour 4 tea cups of water. Cook until semi-finished and strain it. Cool and place in an oiled yen dish or pan. Add the orange juice and grated zest.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, pour in the milk and vanilla, stir and pour over the rice. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cool the cake, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, cut and serve.
