Required products :

500 grams of boiled rice
200 grams of bacon
2 eggs
1/2 small head of cabbage
1-2 heads of onion
1 sweet red pepper
100 milliliters of milk
200 grams of yellow
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
little frying oil

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, chop finely and sauté in a little oil.
Chop the cabbage and pepper. Add them to the onion, season to taste.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and pour half over the vegetables. Let everything fry.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese. Add half to the rice, add one egg, salt and ground black pepper.

Spread the rice mixture in a suitable pan, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil. Let the layer cover the walls of the vessel.
