Required products :

200 grams of rice
400 milliliters of milk
100 grams of butter
3 eggs
100 grams of sugar
300 grams of grated carrots
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 tea cup raisins
2 apples

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a suitable container, bring to the boil and then add the washed rice. Let it cook until you get a thick paste. The berries will stay a little firm, but don't worry about that.
Pour boiling water over the raisins, peel the apples and clean the core with the seeds, then cut into small pieces.
Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the whites to a froth.
Add butter, sugar, grated carrots and lemon zest, egg yolks, raisins and apples to the rice porridge. Mix everything well, then carefully add the beaten egg whites.
Grease a suitable baking dish with oil, pour the resulting mixture into it, level its surface and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until an appetizing yellow coating is formed.
You can serve with your favorite fruit sauce or fruit yogurt.
