How To Cook Rice Casserole With Chicken, Vegetables And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 300 grams of chicken breast
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 300 grams of rice
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sweet red peppers
  • onion head
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons frozen peas
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Cut and fry onions, peppers and mushrooms separately.

Boil the rice in salted water for 10 minutes, then rinse and allow to cool.

Fry the finely chopped chicken breasts, before seasoning them with your favorite spices.

Mix the meat with the rice, vegetables and mushrooms. Pour them into a pan greased with olive oil.

Combine the eggs with half of the yellow cheese (grated in advance) and the sour cream. Spread the topping over the products in the pan and sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese.

Bake the dish at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
