How To Cook Rice Casserole With Fresh Milk, Carrots And Apples - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of carrots
  • 1 apple
  • a handful of raisins
  • 300 grams of cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • oil to spread the form


Method of preparation :

Stew the pre-grated carrots in a little milk until soft enough. Add them to the already cooked rice, add the raisins and the apple, which you have previously peeled and finely chopped.

In this combination, pour the eggs, beaten with milk, sugar and vanilla.

Mix everything and distribute in a pan, the bottom of which you have greased with oil.

Bake until the rice-fruit mixture is golden.
