Learn how to cook "Rice casserole with ham and milk topping with cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 teaspoons boiled rice
100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
100 grams of ham, cut into small cubes
1 grated carrot
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 eggs
1 cup fresh milk
150 grams of cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix in a suitable bowl the cooked rice, mozzarella, ham, grated carrot and chopped parsley.
Grease a baking dish with grease.
Beat the eggs with the milk, parmesan, cream cheese, spices (you can use a blender).
Pour the rice into the prepared dish, pour it with the mixture of milk and cheese.
Bake the dish in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes (until golden).
