How To Cook Rice Casserole With Minced Meat And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of rice

300 grams of minced meat

2 onions

2 carrots

2 tomatoes

1 zucchini (optional)

1 - 2 cloves garlic

200 grams of grated yellow cheese

broth of choice

salt and ground black pepper

oil

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice in salted water until ready and transfer it to a suitable baking dish. Fry the minced meat in hot oil, add the finely chopped onions and garlic, grated carrots, tomatoes (and zucchini) - cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Stew everything under a lid for about 10 minutes and pour into the bowl over the rice. Pour a little broth, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the dish for 30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees.
