How To Cook Rice Casserole With Mushrooms, Garlic And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Rice pots with mushrooms, garlic and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1.5 teaspoons of rice
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid cream
  • salt, dill, pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Wash the rice in plenty of water, rubbing the grains between your palms to remove the skin.

Peel the onions and carrots, then cut the onions into semicircles and the carrots into straws.

Wash, dry and tile the mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the mushrooms in it until they turn red, stirring in the meantime.

Then add the onions, carrots and fry for a few more minutes.

Wash the dill, dry it and chop.

At the bottom of the clay pots put a few tablespoons of mushrooms with vegetables, then rice mixed with dill (this mixture should take about 2/3 of the dish).

Sprinkle with black pepper, add salt and fill the contents of the pots with water, the amount of which should be about 1 cm above the rice.

Put a few cloves of garlic in the rice and put the dishes in the oven for half an hour (180 degrees).

When you take out the pots, check the rice, it should be almost ready. Put a little butter in the pots and pour 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream in each.

Increase the oven temperature to 200 and return the pots to it for another 10 minutes.

Serve the finished dish hot.
