How To Cook Rice Casserole With Mushrooms, Vegetables And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

500 mushrooms
1-2 onions
1-2 carrots
1.5 teaspoons rice
6-8 cloves garlic
4-5 tablespoons oil
4-5 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon
dill, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the rice in plenty of water, rubbing it between your palms so that the skin of the grains falls off.


Peel onions and carrots, cut onions into semicircles and carrots into straws.


Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut into tiles. If they are small - in quarters.


Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms in it until they turn red. Then add the onions and carrots, a few minutes later remove the pan from the heat.


Finely chop the dill.


In each casserole put a few spoonfuls of the fried mixture, then the rice mixed with dill (rice should occupy no more than 2/3 of the dish). Season to taste and add a few cloves of garlic. Pour water 1 cm above the products.


Put the pots in the oven and let the dish cook for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Then check the readiness of the rice. When it is almost ready, put a few pieces of butter in the pots, pour 2-3 tablespoons of cream in each, increase the temperature to 200 and return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes.


Serve hot.
