Required products :

  • 250 grams of rice
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of spinach (thawed)
  • 250 grams of salmon fillet (or other sea fish)
  • Red onion
  • chopped red peppers (can be frozen)
  • For the filling :
  • skim cream
  • a little starch
  • spices to taste (it is good to use paprika and nutmeg)

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice, drain the water and add the butter and spinach. Pour the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish (if it is not silicone, grease it with oil). Cut the fillet into thin pieces and place on top of the rice. Next is a layer of red onion, and on it - diced red peppers.

Make the topping by mixing the cream with a little starch (for example 2 small cans of cream with 1 tablespoon of starch) and add spices to your liking. Pour the products into the pan and bake the dish in the oven until an appetizing crust forms.
