How To Cook Rice Casserole With Vegetables, Chicken And Cheese Topping - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 350 grams of chicken breast 
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon blanched rice
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 150-200 milliliters of milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry and cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the meat.

 

Drain, set aside and fry the finely chopped onions, carrots, broccoli in the same fat. Add soy sauce, rice and pour 3 teaspoons of water. Allow the mixture to simmer until the liquid is reduced.

 

Season with salt, pepper and pour into a pan. Sprinkle with grated cheddar.

 

In another bowl, pour and heat the oil, fry the flour and dilute with milk. Stir until thickened.

 

Pour the béchamel on the vegetables. Spread the grated yellow cheese on top, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
