Required products :
150 grams of Japanese rice (sticky)
300 milliliters of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of sugar (preferably brown)
60 grams of cashews
50 grams of raisins a
pinch of salt
Preparation :
Pour cold water over the rice and leave overnight. Another option is to pour 1-1.5 teaspoons of cold water over it and wait for it to boil. Then reduce the temperature and cook until the beans are semi-finished. Their inside must remain firm.
Add the cashews, raisins, sugar and a pinch of salt to the rice.
Pour the coconut milk and stir.
Close the pan with a lid, put on low heat and let the dessert prepare until you get a sticky fragrant porridge with nuts and raisins.
