How To Cook Rice Flour And Cottage Cheese Pickles With Yellow Cheese And Chia - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 40 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the rice flour and cottage cheese, add the egg and a little baking powder. Knead the dough, roll it out and cut into squares. Arrange them in a pan or silicone mold, sprinkle each piece with finely grated yellow cheese and chia seeds and bake the pickles for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).
