Necessary products for 4 servings:

  • 100 grams of rice (long grain)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp tomato puree
  • salt, pepper, parsley - to taste
  • oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

Boil the rice in salted water until done. Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic and fry them together. Add the tomato puree and stew for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed. Cut the tomatoes into circles (if you have the time and desire, you can peel them in advance), add to the onion and stew for another 10-15 minutes. Then put the rice in the pan with the vegetables, salt, season with pepper and leave on the fire for about 7-10 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the garnish with chopped parsley! Enjoy your meal!
