Learn how to cook "Rice garnish with green beans, walnuts and boiled eggs". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of cooked rice (white or brown) optional
200 grams of cooked green beans
2 tablespoons ground walnuts
1-2 eggs (hard boiled)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
In a salad bowl, mix the cooked rice and green beans, add the ground walnuts. Drizzle with sesame oil and lime juice, season with ground black pepper.
Arrange slices of boiled eggs on the surface and store the garnish in the refrigerator for a few hours.
You can also serve it as a main course.
