Learn how to cook "Rice garnish with vegetables and egg rolls". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of rice
400 grams of vegetable mixture (can be frozen)
1-2 tablespoons oil
3-4 eggs
1-2 tablespoons butter
100 grams marinated mushrooms
salt and pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
Preparation :
Wash the rice, steam it for 20-25 minutes, then let it cool.
Fry the vegetables in hot oil for about 10 minutes. If frozen, do not defrost beforehand. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the butter in a pan and bake 2-3 thin omelets. While still hot, roll into rolls and cut into pieces about 1-1.5 cm wide.
Mix the prepared rice with the vegetables and divide into four suitable bowls. In each put the egg rolls and marinated mushrooms.
Season the garnish with a combination of olive oil and vinegar (you can replace it with lemon juice), salt and pepper to taste.
An option is to use soy sauce if you prefer.
