Boil the rice in salted water until done.
During this time, drain the water from the corn kernels, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onion.
Grate the yellow cheese coarsely, cut the parsley.
Fry the cooked rice in butter. Then add onions, tomatoes and corn.
Allow the dish to simmer for 5-10 minutes, then season to taste, sprinkle with cheese, stir and serve.
You can use parsley leaves for decoration.
