Required products :

500 grams of minced meat
1/2 teaspoon rice
1 medium onion
1 egg
salt to taste

rolling flour

frying oil

For the sauce:
1 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons water

Preparation :
Boil the rice until semi-finished. Finely chop the onion, add it to the minced meat, add salt to taste and knead together with the rice and egg.
Form small meatballs from the minced meat, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil (do not put them too close to each other) for 3-5 minutes on one side, then turn on the other.
Pour water into the bowl, it should cover the meatballs in half. Add salt and let the dish simmer.
Meanwhile, lightly fry the flour in a pan, add the cream, tomato paste, stir and pour a glass and a half of water. Pour the resulting sauce into the bowl with the meatballs. Cover it with a lid and let the dish cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes. You can sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
