Required products :
1 medium zucchini (depending on the season)
2 medium carrots
1 large onion
3-4 cloves garlic
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons boiled rice
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
250 grams of corn kernels (canned)
salt, ground black pepper and other spices optionally and to taste
oil fry
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it, add salt and let it stand for about 15 minutes, then drain the liquid.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Peel the carrots, grate them and mix with the zucchini. Add the corn and onion with the garlic.
It's time for eggs, rice and breadcrumbs. Add salt and other spices to taste.
From the resulting mixture form meatballs, which are fried in hot oil until golden.
