Required products :
1 teaspoon round grain rice
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
300 grams mushrooms
spices (salt, pepper)
breading semolina frying
oil
Method of preparation :
Boil the rice until ready and drain the water. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Wash and chop the mushrooms.
Heat oil in which to fry onions and garlic until transparent. Then add the mushrooms, stir and reduce the heat.
Close the container with a lid and let the products simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring several times during this time.
It's time to add the cooked rice, stir and season.
When the rice-mushroom mass has cooled down a bit, make meatballs from it and roll them in semolina.
Fry until golden in oil and serve hot.
