Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of biscuits
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 1 liter of skim milk
  • 140 grams of white rice
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • 10 grams of vanilla
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 200 milliliters of whipping cream
  • cinnamon powder for decoration

 

Method of preparation:


In a saucepan pour a liter of milk, along with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, add the rice and simmer over low heat. Grind the biscuits in a blender, mix with the butter, stir and cover the bottom of the cake tin tightly.

When the milk filling is ready, cool, remove the cinnamon sticks, add the cream and beat with a mixer on medium speed. Dissolve the gelatin, add it, stir and pour the rice mixture into the mold. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then decorate to your liking, cut and serve.
